What We Collect

When you use the AI Speech Coach, VoiceToLead may collect the video and audio recording you submit, your name, your email address if provided, a transcript of your speech, and AI-generated feedback. If you create an account, we also collect your sign-in email and basic account information needed to operate the account.

How We Use It

We use this information to process your recording, generate speech feedback, help you review your practice submission, operate optional account features, and improve the learning experience we provide.

Where It Is Stored

Submitted videos are stored in Cloudflare R2. Submission details, transcript text, and feedback results are stored in Supabase. The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages.

AI Processing

Recordings may be sent to OpenAI services to create a transcript and generate feedback about speech clarity, organization, filler words, and delivery. AI feedback can be helpful, but it may not always be perfect.

Who Can Access It

Access is limited to VoiceToLead team members and service providers who help operate the AI Speech Coach. We do not sell student recordings or personal information.

Deleting A Submission

To request deletion of a recording, transcript, or feedback result, email us at voicetolead@gmail.com. Please include the submission ID if you have it.
