Plain-Language Summary

The AI Speech Coach is currently for speakers age 13 or older. Your recording is uploaded only after you choose to submit it. We use it to create a transcript and private coaching feedback. We delete the raw recording after the transcription attempt and do not sell it, use it for advertising, identify you from your face or voice, or use it to train a VoiceToLead AI model.

What We Collect

When you use the AI Speech Coach, VoiceToLead collects the video and audio recording you choose to submit, your selected age range, the transcript of your speech, and AI-generated feedback. Your name and email address are optional in the guest experience. If you create an account, we collect your sign-in email and the basic profile information you choose to provide.

How We Use It

We use this information only to process your submission, generate speech feedback, show you the results, protect the service from abuse, and operate optional account features. We do not use Speech Coach submissions for advertising, facial recognition, voice identification, voice cloning, emotion detection, or decisions about school grades, employment, scholarships, or eligibility.

Where It Is Processed And Stored

Submitted recordings are temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2. Submission details, transcript text, and feedback results are stored in Supabase. OpenAI processes the recording to create a transcript and processes transcript text to create feedback. The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process information for VoiceToLead under their applicable service terms.

AI Processing

AI feedback is a practice aid, not an objective judgment. Transcription and feedback can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unfair, especially when audio quality is poor or a speech pattern is not recognized correctly. Do not use Speech Coach scores to grade, rank, diagnose, select, or penalize a person.

How Long We Keep It

We delete the raw video and audio after the transcription attempt finishes. A private guest feedback link expires after 30 days, and guest submission records are scheduled for deletion after that period. Signed-in feedback remains in account history until the account holder deletes it or asks VoiceToLead to delete it. We may retain limited security and operational records for a short period when needed to protect the service or comply with law, but those records should not contain the recording or full transcript.

Who Can Access It

Feedback is available only to the signed-in account owner or to a person with the private, time-limited guest feedback link. Access by VoiceToLead team members is limited to people who need it to operate, secure, or support the service. We do not sell student recordings or personal information and do not make submissions public.

Age And Parent Information

The AI Speech Coach is available only to people age 13 or older. People under 13 may not submit a recording. Speakers ages 13–17 are shown a clear privacy notice, and their parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of the young person's information.

Your Choices

You may choose not to submit a recording. Guest name and email fields are optional. You may ask to access or delete a recording, transcript, feedback result, or account information. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already occurred, but we will stop retaining the information subject to legitimate security or legal requirements.

Security

We use private storage, encrypted connections, access controls, expiring guest links, and limited service credentials to protect submissions. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please do not include addresses, passwords, school schedules, private health details, or another person's private information in a practice speech.

Deleting A Submission

To request deletion of a recording, transcript, feedback result, or account, email us at voicetolead@gmail.com. Include the submission ID if you have it, but do not email your private guest access token. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting or disclosing information.

Changes To This Policy

We will update the date above when this policy changes. If a change materially expands how we use existing submissions, we will request new consent before applying the new purpose.
